How long does a typical install take?
Most residential fences are installed in one to three days once work begins, depending on length, material, terrain and gates. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your quote.
Do I need a permit or HOA approval?
It depends on your city and neighborhood. Many areas require a permit, and most HOAs have rules on height, style and color. We'll help you figure out what's required and can handle the permit paperwork for you.
How do you know where my property line is?
We work from your property survey or plat when available. If the line is unclear, we recommend having it surveyed before installing along a boundary. We also request utility locates before any digging.
Can you remove my old fence?
Yes. We can tear out and haul away your existing fence as part of the project. Just mention it when you request your estimate so it's included in your quote.
Which material is right for me?
Vinyl is the lowest maintenance, wood offers classic warmth at a great value, aluminum is elegant and pool-friendly, chain link is the most economical for security, and ranch fencing suits acreage and livestock. We'll recommend the best fit during your estimate.
Can you build on a slope?
Absolutely. Depending on the material, we'll either step the panels or rack them to follow the grade so the fence looks clean and leaves no big gaps underneath.
